Under the Pickle Tree – Red Curry Paste


This spicy Thai curry paste, with fragrant kaffir lime and white peppercorns, is a great starting point for chicken or pork curry.  It’s also a fantastic barbeque marinade for meat and seafood, or our favourite, slow-cooked beef with coconut milk!



Under the Pickle Tree’s classic and versatile Thai curry with a complex array of spices and a twist of kaffir lime and white peppercorn. Team it with coconut cream for a traditional chicken or pork curry. Use it to make Thai fish cakes, as a spice rub on beef or team with coconut milk and chicken stock for a laksa-style soup.

Goes best with – seafood, pork, beef, coconut and chicken.
