Under the Pickle Tree – Yellow Curry Paste


This fusion of Thai and Vietnamese yellow curry paste just needs coconut milk to make a fantastic chicken, seafood or vegetable curry. We also love it as a base for fragrant yellow lentil and carrot soup with coconut milk and plenty of coriander.



This sweet and mild curry is popular throughout South East Asia and goes perfectly with fish and chicken.  The hint of cinnamon means it is ideal for introducing children to their first curry and has made it a family favourite among Under the Pickle Tree’s customers.

Goes best with – seafood, slow-cooked chicken, potatoes, sweet potatoes and peas.
