Then we fast-dry the leaves at low temperatures to preserve the oils. The result? Delicious, potently flavoured dried basil. Yes, it is possible.
Simply Organic suggested uses: Don’t stop at the classic tomato sauces and Italian dishes. Let it WOW your homemade herb butter, meat rubs, marinades, savoury snack mixes and herb-roasted veggies. Great in vegan bean and grain dishes. Plays especially well with lemon, garlic, and thyme. Makes great pesto when fresh isn’t around, too.
