Handcrafted natural Italian style Tuscan Risotto that is gluten free and vegan friendly.
PRODUCER NOTES:
From Basque with Love cooking instructions:
- Heat 1 tbs of olive oil over medium heat, add 1 cup of rice and fry for 1 minute.
- Turn the heat to low and add 1/3 cup of white wine stirring constantly until wine has evaporated, add 1/2 cup of water and continue stirring until evaporated, repeat adding 1/2 cup of water and as soon as rice is al dente stir in butter and parmesan to taste and serve immediately.
- Serve on its own or as an accompaniment to meat or fish. Seriously delicious mixed with grilled mushrooms and chicken.
