From the Riverland of North East Victoria and Southern NSW. At Walkabout Apiaries we’re not relaxing by the river during summer, we’re out working the Red Gum honey flow. It’s hot work, but the bees love it and so do we. A medium toffee flavour that is ideal on crumpets, toast and with tea.
